STC “Zarya”

FSUE Scientific and Technology Center Zarya was founded in 1991 and is the main Roscosmos enterprise in information security. STC Zarya has also positioned itself as the developer and operator of secure corporate communications networks for Russia’s rocket and space industry.

Additionally, the company ensures secure communication between spacecraft and ground infrastructure using cryptography. Today, the company’s activities include providing Roscosmos and other space-related organizations with close-type communications services, conducting research and development in the field of informatics, communications and telecommunications, and ensuring the safety of the operation of the remote sensing satellite constellations and the multifunctional relay system.
