Sputnix

Sputnix LLC is the Russian company established in 2011 by the specialists of the Satellite Technology Division of SCANEX (the leading Russian company on the remote sensing market, specializing in receiving of Earth observation images from space, its thematic processing and distribution).

Sputnix develops orientation and stabilization systems and other service systems for microsatellites and CubeSat satellites, allowing the quick creation of satellites for technological, scientific and educational experiments. Additionaly the company is responcible for development of equipment and software for ground communication stations, attitude determination and control system (ADCS) test benches for research of small satellites dynamics in the simulated space environment of zero gravity, homogenous unsteady magnetic field, sunlight, sky of stars and equipment for aerospace education.

In Aug’21 SITRONICS Group, a subsidiary of AFK Sistema, entered the capital of SPUTNIX. Following the acquisition, the SITRONICS Group plans to provide and develop digital services based on data from LEO satellites for a wide range of customers.
