OJSC Krasnoyarsk Machine-Building Plant was founded in 1932 and is the manufacturer of the submarine ballistic missiles as well as the booster module for Zenit and Proton launch vehicles.
The enterprise core space product is a liquid-propellant rocket engine RD-0155K. The company is also engaged in the manufacturing process of the RS-28 Sarmat (also known as Satan II) which is the liquid-fueled MIRV-equipped super-heavy intercontinental ballistic missile.
Within the scope of the conversion program, the company also mastered the production of heat exchange equipment and separators, boiler equipment, and nuclear industry equipment.
