JSC “Ramenskoye instrument-making design ofice”

Ramenskoye Design Bureau was founded in 1947. It designs and produces airborne and ground-based electronic equipment. It offers integrated avionics complexes, systems, and instruments for aircraft, helicopters, uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs), spacecraft, and marine and terrestrial transport.

The company produces the following products: inertial navigation systems for all types of moving objects, magnetic compasses and digital magnetometers, onboard computers and graphics stations, gyroscopes and accelerometers, and other equipment.

The enterprise has partnership agreements with the France-based Thales and SAGEM and Italy-based Leonardo (former Finmeccanica).

At the moment, the company has about 2200 employees, the vast majority of them being design engineers.
