The company’s story started back in 2002 as a part of the West Siberian branch in OJSC Goszemkadastrsyomka VISHAGI. In VISHAGI, there was an R&D lab that performed maintenance works on geodetic equipment and organized and carried out aerial survey works. After VISHAGI restructuring, the Lab became an independent company, and as a result, in 2010, Industrial Geodetic Systems R&D was established.
The company mainly focuses on the development of all GNSS ground infrastructure parts: GNSS reference stations (CORS), mobile base stations, GNSS sensors (for deformation monitoring systems communication equipment, a range of software products and applications.
In 2011 the company became a resident of the Space and Telecommunication cluster at Skolkovo Innovation Center. After becoming a part of Skolkovo, Industrial Geodetic Systems R&D concentrated its efforts on product creation.
